Patricia “Pat” May Morris, 68, of Berkeley Springs, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 16, 2013, at the Winchester Medical Center.
Born January 25, 1945 in Frederick County, MD, she was the daughter of the late Carl Miller and Emma (Shawver) Miller.
She was a member of the House of the Lord.
She retired from Universal Forrest.
Mrs. Morris was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great- grandmother.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Robert A. Morris; one son, James Lee Morris and Christina, one daughter, Betty Jo Novak and husband, James, all of Berkeley Springs; three grandchildren, Daniel Novak and wife, Tisha, David Novak and wife, Ashley, and Michael Morris; four great-grandchildren, Dean and Kara Novak, Cameron Morris and Miranda Novak to arrive November 29th; two sisters, Barbara Black, of Baltimore, MD, and Virginia Kagley, of Thurmont, MD.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Carl Miller, Jr., and stepbrother, Kenneth Sweeny; and her step-father, Albert Shawver.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 20, 2013, at Brown Funeral Home with Pastor David Caplinger officiating. Interment will be held at Rosedale Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 19th, at the funeral home.
