James Leach

Loving Father and Grandfather, James Ward Leach, 88, passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2013 in Lebanon, Oregon. He was preceded in death by his wife Phyllis Irene Leach and survived by his six children: Diana, Maurice, Kathleen, Cary, Dean, and Sandra; 27 grandchildren; and 41 great-grandchildren. He spent many happy years in the Redondo Beach area before retiring from Hughes Aircraft. He was an honored and loved Navy veteran who served in the South Pacific during WWII and was born on Flag Day in 1925. A memorial service to honor his life will be held on Saturday, November 30th at 3:00 P.M. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 501 Rowell Avenue in Manhattan Beach, California. His final arrangements were made by Huston-Jost Funeral Home in Lebanon, Oregon.
