Welker; beloved mother of Ken (Rosi) Welker of Fairfax; Louis (Ellen) Welker of Davidsonville, MD; Vivian (James) Froncek of Bastrop, TX; loving grandmother of Kenny, Stephen, Bryan, Patricia, and Justin. Besides her husband, Mrs. Welker was preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters.
