“Our Pillar” It is with great sorrow that the family of Alfredo Di Pietro of Edmonton announce his sudden passing on June 30, 2016 at the age of 77 years. Alfredo will be lovingly remembered by Filomena, his loving wife of 56 years; sons, Salvatore, Antonio (Colleen); two precious grandchildren, Giacomo and Tomasso; sister-in-law, Gelsomina Di Pietro; brother-in-law, Giovanni Orlando; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends from Edmonton, Montreal, Italy and Argentina. Predeceased by his parents, Salvatore and Filomena; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Antonio and Incoronata Di Carlo; twin sister, Ugliermina Di Pietro; siblings, Angiolina Lifraine (Montreal), Fiorina Cellili (Argentina), Vincenza Di Carlo (Italy), Sr. Concetta Di Pietro (Italy), Teresa Orlando, Angelo Di Pietro and Carmela Orlando.
