Anne Lovie Tomyn
On January 16, 2016, Anne Lovie Tomyn of Edmonton passed away at the age of 90 years after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She will lovingly be remembered and deeply missed by one son, Randy (Louise) Tomyn and daughter, Rita (Dick) Jacobs; two grandchildren, Brandon (Heather) and Taylor (Ali); two great-grandchildren, Lily and Poppy; two sisters, Alice and Vera; as well as several nieces, nephews, and friends. Anne was predeceased by her husband, Alex; and one brother, Marshall. The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the nurses and staff of Capital Care Norwood Palliative Care Unit and CHOICE Dickinsfield for their kindness, compassion, and excellent care they provided for our mother. Funeral Service Saturday, January 23 at 11:00 a.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue. Reverend Canon Daniel R. Van Alstine officiating with interment in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
