It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of our mother, Anne Semeniuk on April 18, 2016 at the age of 93 years. Anne is survived by her children, Millie Poherliak, Iris (David) Horbasenko, Madeline Ranger, Terri Cardinal, Gloria (Doug) McCloud, Douglas (Erna) Semeniuk, Cindy (Ed) Gallant and Leona Semeniuk; twenty-six grandchildren; thirty-six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. Predeceased by her husband, Alexander Semeniuk; daughter, Patricia McCardle; son, Walter Semeniuk; grandson, Shawn Ranger; son-in-law, Basil Poherliak; and infant granddaughter, Cindy Horbasenko. Mom was the last and eldest of seven siblings, Victor, Edna, Raymond, Madeline, Hilda and Joe; and her parents, Mary and Sam Zaporozan. Funeral Service Friday, April 22 at 9:30 a.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue Edmonton. Reverend Father Benny Ambrosie officiating with interment in St. Michael’s Cemetery.
