It is with great sadness that we announce that our loving mother, Belle Shukaliak, passed away peacefully on April 23, 2017, at the age of 59 years Belle will be deeply missed by her children, Mark Shukaliak and Kaley (Dan) Smith; grandchildren, Declan Shukaliak and Emma Smith. She is survived by her siblings, Paul Couillard, Janine Pryce, and Alice Werenka; as well as countless nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Belle is predeceased by her husband, Wayne; and parents, Theodore and Elsie Couillard. A Celebration of Belle’s Life will be held on Thursday, May 4 at 1:30 p.m. at the Country Lodge, 17515 - 127 Street, Edmonton.
