On September 25, 2016, Borys “Bill” Dabrowski of Edmonton passed away at the age of 95 years. He was a member of the Polish Combatants Association of Canada Branch #6. Bill is survived by his loving wife, Helen; son, George Dabrowsky; daughter, Irena (Josef) Vlach; grandson, Erik (Melanie) Dabrowsky; two great-grandchildren, Vivian Dabrowsky and Alexander Dabrowsky; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins in Poland and Russia. Predeceased by his parents, Anna and Stanislaw; and brother, Nikolai Dabrowski. Prayer Service Tuesday, October 11 at 8:00 p.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, October 12 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, 11485 – 106 Street with interment in Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will gratefully accept flowers at Park Memorial Funeral Home.
