On May 19, 2016, Catherine Humeniuk of Edmonton passed away at the age of 91 years. Catherine is survived by four daughters, Joan (Dennis), Jane (Winston), Judy (Alec) and Cindy (Bert); five grandchildren, Melissa (Joseph), Andrea (Simon), Danielle (Ryan), Mark and Kathryn; four great-grandchildren, Mateo, Nikolas, Freya and Kate; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband, Bill; brothers and sisters, Steve Hayduk, Harvey Hayduk, Anne Lavoie and Lillian Pehowich. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Millennium Pavilion Seniors’ Lodge and Unit 3D at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital. Prayer Service Thursday, June 2 at 7:30 p.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, June 3 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Matthew Roman Catholic Church, 13131 – 86 Street. Reverend Paul Moret officiating with interment in St. Michael’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Mass cards are greatly appreciated.
