Charles (Charlie) Robb Obituary

It is with great sadness that the family of Charles (Charlie) Adam Robb announces his sudden passing on January 12, 2017. Charles (Charlie) Adam Robb is survived by his wife and soulmate of 41 years, Sharon Robb; children, Christina (Kyle) Ritchie and Cory(Samantha) Robb and Carlea Robb; grandchildren, Alissa Ritchie, Bryan Ritchie, Kahlen Robb and Jessie Robb; sisters, Connie(Bill) Petrie and Mary (Roger) Mayo, sister-in- law, Tevvy Frost; brother-in-laws, Troy(Louise) Frost and Cody (Jasmine) Frost; and numerous nieces and nephews he held close to his heart. Born in Kingston, ON, Charles (Charlie) spent the last 50 years of his life in Alberta with 34 years being in Whitecourt, a community he loved. Charlie loved fishing, cooking and spending time with family and friends by the fire telling stories. Charlie knew how to live everyday to the fullest and was the rock and glue that held his family and friends together. His gift to us was everlasting Love and Joy to all who knew him. Charlie is predeceased by his parents, Lillian and Bill Robb; and in- laws, Doreen and Ted Frost. The family would also like to thank the Whitecourt Paramedics, the Whitecourt Fire Department and the nurses at the Whitecourt Healthcare Centre for all they did for Charlie. A Celebration of Charlie’s Life will be held at a later date. Cremation has taken place. In lieu flowers, donations can be made to the Whitecourt Food Bank, 76 Sunset Boulevard Whitecourt, AB T7S 1N6 or the Whitecourt Gymnastics Club, P.O. Box 2516 Whitecourt, AB T7S 2A1.
