Dorinda Giordano (nee Arno)

It is with great sadness that the family of Dorinda Giordano announce her passing on Friday, August 28, 2015. Dorinda will be lovingly remembered by her children, Frank (Linda) Giordano and Maria (Louis) Talarico; grandchildren, Diane (Adam), Patricia (Tyler), Nicholas (Nicole), Stephen (Ashley), Erin (Bryan) and Graham. She was also blessed with five great-grandchildren, Emma, Anna, Luca, Franka and Gianna. She will also be fondly remembered by her sister, Rosina (Carmine) Giordano of Italy; sisters-in-law, Rosina Arno of Thunder Bay and Rina Arno of Italy; brothers-in-law, Francesco (Annina) Giordano, Santo (Antonetta) Giordano, Angelo (Iolanda) Giordano and Pasquale (Henriette) Giordano and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Eugenio Giordano; parents Giuseppina and Tito Arno; brothers, Guglielmo, Francesco, Guerino, Michele and Fiorello and sisters, Iolanda, Francesca and Silvia. Prayers Thursday, September 3 at 8:00 p.m. at Santa Maria Goretti Roman Catholic Church, 9110 – 110 Avenue, Edmonton. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, September 4 at 9:30 a.m. at Santa Maria Goretti Roman Catholic Church with entombment in Holy Cross Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
