Gathered around Mom’s bedside holding her hands, we wept and shared words of love, thanks and support as she peacefully left us. Mom was a welcoming friend to all. Her determined attitude and gracious manner made her a hero to many. Doris was a loving wife, devoted mother, encouraging baba, an incredible homemaker and the co-founder of Dori Lynn Fashions. Doris will be missed by her children, Larry, Jean (Darrell), Brian (Kanya), Sandy (Ralph), Donna (Warren) and Don (Lynn); nineteen grandchildren, Alissa, Jason, Matthew, Troy, Ashley, TJ, Jonathan, Jessica, Mackenzie, Kristen, Angie, Nicholas, Mitchell, Zenna, Bohdan, Isabelle, Carly, Aili and Scout; and two great-grandchildren.
