Fran passed away on Friday, February 17, 2017 at the Royal Alexandra Hospital at the age of 84 years. Fran is survived by her three loving children, Terry, Keith and Brenda; as well as grandchildren, relatives and friends. She is predeceased by her husband, Edwin in 2006. A Celebration of Frances’ Life will be held on Saturday, February 25 at 2:00 p.m. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 4638 – 117 Avenue, Edmonton.
