On February 19, 2016, Irene Mary Ramstead of Whitecourt passed away at the age of 66 years. Irene will be fondly remembered by her sons, Shannon (Tanya) Ramstead and grandchildren, Reese and Roan of Whitecourt; Darcy (Tennille) Ramstead and granddaughters, Aliyah and Nevayah of Blackfalds and grandchildren, Darian, Sutter and Gavin. Loving partner, Tony Rawluk; brothers, James, Leonard and Andy (Jo); stepfather, Andrew Cook; former husband, Gord Ramstead; and many dear relatives and friends. Predeceased by parents, Hugh and Libby MacLeod; brothers, Fred and Lawrence; sisters, Vina, Margaret and Marie; and sisters-in-law, Vivian and Connie. Memorial Mass Thursday, February 25 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 5540 Mink Creek Road, Whitecourt. Reverend Peter Tran officiating with private inurnment in Whitecourt.
