Mr. James "Hong Goh" Wong passed away peacefully in Edmonton on May 24, 2017 at the age of 77 years. James is survived by his daughter, Anna; and son, Victor. He is predeceased by his wife, Amy; whom he loved dearly and are now living happily together again. James was born in Hong Kong. He married Amy on July 8, 1969. After immigrating to Canada in 1974, he began working for Edmonton General Hospital. He was a truck driver, a beat reporter, and a businessman, operating Victory Pen Co. in Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. He loved movies, coffee, and great food. He along with his wife, dedicated their lives to taking care of their children. Family and friends may pay their respects Wednesday, June 7 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Park Memorial Funeral Home, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton. Funeral Service Thursday, June 8 at 10:00 a.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue. with interment in South Haven Cemetery.
