On December 7, 2017, Joyce Symington of Calgary, formerly of Edmonton, passed away at the age of 82 years. Joyce is survived by her son, David (Marlene); four grandchildren, Travis, Sara, James and Alyssa; and one sister, Esther Linquist. Predeceased by her husband, Ross; son, Norman; and sisters, Ruby and Dorothy. The family would like to give special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of Extendicare Hillcrest and Beaver Dam Lodge for their kindness, care and compassion.
