Marilyn Ruzycki
On Monday July 25, 2016, Marilyn Ruzycki, born in Mundare, AB, passed away peacefully. Marilyn was proud to have been an elementary teacher for 35 years with the Edmonton Catholic School District. Marilyn loved teaching and children. She was blessed with a kind personality and gentle spirit that she shared lovingly with her many students. Marilyn loved to laugh. Marilyn is survived by and will be dearly missed by her mother, Anna Ruzycki; her best friend of many years, Marvin Bloski; her niece, Charlann (Dean) Cockburn; her nephew, Daryn Ruzycki; her sister-in-law, Pauline Ruzycki and their families; her many relatives and long time friends. Predeceased by her father, Stanley Ruzycki; and her brother, Robert (Bob) Ruzycki. Marilyn was a great, great person. Those who knew Marilyn were blessed by her kindness and amazing sense of humor. In respect of Marilyn’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages a donation to a charity of your choice.
