On March 11, 2016, Marton Hackel of Edmonton passed away at the age of 85 years. Marton is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Bruna; two daughters and one son, Eva (Brian) Ginther, Marton (Joy) Hackel, and Sandra Hackel; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two step-sons, Rob (Doris) and Dan (Yolanda); and four step-grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents and one brother. Mass of the Resurrection Wednesday, March 16 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Emeric Roman Catholic Church, 12960 – 112 Street.
