On March 5, 2016, Mary Ondo (nee Dmytruk) of Edmonton passed away at the age of 95 years. Mary is survived by her brother, John Dmytruk; nephews, Gerry (Mary Ann) Dmytruk, Robert (Sandra) Dmytruk; nieces, Barbara (Stefan) Adams, Roxanne Martin and Lori Dmytruk; as well as numerous relatives and friends. Predeceased by her husbands, George Novasad and Mike Ondo; son, James Novasad; brothers, William and Steve. The family would like to thank the staff at Capital Care Kipnes Centre for the excellent care Mary received during her stay, as well as the homecare worker, Linda for the excellent care she received prior to moving to Capital Care Kipnes Centre. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, March 12, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 - 111 Avenue with viewing at 10:00 a.m. If desired, donations may be made to Capital Care Kipnes Centre for Veterans, 4470 McCrae Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5E 6M8 on behalf of Mary Ondo.
