It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of Nathan on January 25 at the age of 28 years. Nathan was a kind and gentle man. He was a fun-loving person who touched so many lives. Nathan is survived by his parents, Margaret and Cory; his sister Jessie; his twin-brother Matthew; his grandparents Karen Helfrich, Jerry Helfrich, Diane MacIsaac, and Alex MacIsaac; as well as many friends and extended family in Canada, Saudi Arabia, and around the world. Memories of Nathan and the worlds he moved during his lifetime will be cherished and held dear by all that have met this gentle soul. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, February 1 at 11:00 a.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 - 111 Avenue in Edmonton. Nathan will be laid to rest on Saturday, February 3 at 11:00 at Hillcrest Cemetery in Saskatoon. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to Epilepsy Canada, www.epilepsy.ca.
