Nettie Weremey
On November 2, 2017, Nettie Weremey of Wetaskiwin, AB passed away at the age of 91 years. Nettie is survived by her loving family, sons, Albert of Wetaskiwin and Eugene (Gail) of Calgary; four grandsons, Brian of Cold Lake, Eric (Kathryn) of Millet, Garrett (Candace) and Grant (Brittany) all of Calgary; four great-grandchildren, William, Alexander and Emily Weremey all of Millet, and Miles Weremey of Calgary; brother, William (Arlene) Melnyk of Innisfree; brother-in-law, Nick Feschuk of Edmonton; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Nettie was predeceased by her husband of 71 years, William, on June 14, 2014; infant son, Bohdan; daughter-in-law, Carol (1987); brothers, Walter (1958) and John (1992); and one sister, Olga (2015). Funeral Service Wednesday, November 15 at 11:00 a.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton. Reverend Father Benny Ambrosie officiating with interment in St. Michael’s Cemetery.Obituary
