On March 31, 2017, Nicola Russo of Edmonton, formerly of Novi Velia, Italy, passed away peacefully with family by his side at the age of 66 years. Nicola is survived by his wife of 40 years, Adelina; daughter, Lisa; siblings, Angelo (Rosa) and Vincenzina both of Edmonton; Giuseppe (Chiarina), Silvio (Giuseppina) both of Italy; nephews and nieces, Fiore, Antonello, Bruno, Gino, Laura and Tina; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family in Italy. Predeceased by his parents, Luigi and Tommasina; and brother-in-law, Antonio. Thank you to the doctors and nurses of the ICU at the Royal Alexandra Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion.
