On August 9, 2016, Rick Ferris of Edmonton passed away at the age of 56 years. Rick is survived by his loving wife, Louise; mother, Jean; brother, Herb; sisters, Gloria (Ken) and Donna (Mike); nephew, Sean; and niece, Kristen. Predeceased by his father, Don (1988); and aunts and uncles. Memorial Service was held Monday, August 15 at 11:00 a.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue with inurnment in Beechmount Cemetery. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation, Cross Cancer Institute, 11560 University Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB T6G 1Z2 or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta, NWT & Nunavut, 10985 - 124 Street NW, Edmonton, AB T5M 0H9 or the charity of one’s choice.August 9, 201608/09/2016
