ALEXANDER (FRED) YOUNG 1945 – 2017 Mr. Alexander (Fred) Young of Penhold, Alberta passed away at the Innisfail Health Care Centre on December 27, 2017 at the age of 72 years. After a short 4 month battle with cancer Fred has moved on to be with his wife Betsie and son Bruce. Fred left behind three children: Tylor Young of Penhold, Alberta, Cindy Smith of Penhold, Alberta, and Debby Corcoran as well as seven grandchildren. Fred also leaves to mourn several brothers and sisters from both the Baird and Young sides of his family. Fred was predeceased by his wife Elizabeth Giesbrecht (Betsie) and his son Bruce Young. A Memorial Service will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. If friends so desire memorial tributes may be made to the Pallitive Care room at the Innisfail Health Care Centre.
