Andrew (Andy) De Boer Nov .18, 1947 – Jan. 18, 2017 Andy passed away on Jan 18, 2017 at the Red Deer Hospice. He is survived by his loving family; Harriet (Jess) Vanderveen, Ruby DeWacht, Bill (Ruth) De Boer, Ida Kelly, Suzanne (John) Heinrichs and 26 nephews and nieces. Predeased by his parents, George (1992) and Anna (2002), Brothers; Richard (2012), John (1984), Charles (2005) and Andries (1946). Andy was a civil engineer for the Gov’t of AB for 35 ye ars and resided in Edmonton at that time. He then retired to Gleniffer Lake Resort. A Memorial Service will be held at King of Kings Lutheran Church in Dickson, Alberta on Monday Jan 23, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. If friends and family so desire, donations can be made to Red Deer Hospice Society.
