Darryn Anthony Czuy of Innisfail, 41, passed away peacefully with his parents by his side after a long and courageous battle with diabetes. Darryn was surrounded by many gentle and faithful caregivers: Dr. Gerald Miller of Innisfail, Dr. Nathaniel Day with the Halver Jonson Centre for Brain Injury, the many nurses and staff at the Innisfail Hospital, Red Deer Hospital and the Centennial Centre. Darryn is survived by his loving parents Diane and Don Czuy; his sons Anthony and Bradley; his brothers Gordon (Natalia) and Darryl (Rana); nieces Sydney and Olivia; nephews Davis and Joshua; his grandfather Gordon Emery, and his many aunts, uncles and cousins; and a special little dog named Peaches. He was predeceased by grandparents Mike & Annie Czuy and Shirley Emery. A memorial service will be held at St. Mark’s Anglican Church on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 2:00pm.
