Floyd E. Crowder of Calgary passed away at the Innisfail Hospital on September 2, 2014 at the age of 86 years. Floyd was born in Time, Illinois on June 22, 1928. He came to Canada in August 1961 for one year and decided to stay and gained his Canadian Citizenship. Floyd went to be with the Master of the Universe our Lord. Floyd will be lovingly remembered by his wife Shirley; daughter Candy Thom (Tim) and grandson Michael. He will also be lovingly remembered by his sister Helen Robinson. Floyd was predeceased by his parents Paul and Alice Crowder; four brothers: Cleo, Hubert, Gene, Kenneth; sister Leila Mae (Stickman) and son Russel. Funeral services for Floyd will be held at Heartland Funeral Services Ltd, Innisfail (4415 49th Street) on Saturday, September 6, 2013 at 2:00pm. Memorial donations can be made to STARS Air Ambulance.
