Lindsay Bruce Spence 1960 – 2016 Mr. Lindsay Spence passed away at the Foothills Medical Centre in Calgary, Alberta on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at the age of 56 years. Lindsay was born in Calgary and raised in Brooks. Lindsay married his soul mate in 1980 and began his career in the oilfield. In 1986 the family moved to St. Albert where he started The Battery Exchange. In 1994 the family was Three Hills bound where they owned and operated a tire shop. In 1997 the family moved to Innisfail where Lindsay resumed his career in the oilfield. In 2006 he became a Safety Professional and most recently found his perfect place at Keller Canada. His greatest achievement was the love and strength in the family that he raised. Lindsay leaves us all with broken hearts, we did not say goodbye because we still have his love with us and we know this is not the end of our soul journeys. Forever and Always My Sweet……. See you later. Lindsay will be lovingly remembered by his wife of thirty six years “My Sweet” Cindy, Simon (Annette), Joanna (Dwayne) and Mark (Alexa), three grandchildren Aubrey, Lyla and Frank. He will also be lovingly remembered by his brother Kevin (Lorraine) their children Kimiko, Rebecca and Alex and a sister Kerrie Kemp and her children Jeremy and Michael along with numerous extended family. Lindsay was predeceased by his mother Frances Dunbar Spence. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date with details to be announced. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
