Michael Blaszkiewicz 1956 – 2013 Mr. Mike Blaszkiewicz passed away suddenly at the Mazankowski Heart Institute, Edmonton, Alberta on Friday, June 14, 2013 at the age of 57 years. Mike is survived by his daughter Shelley Blaszkiewicz (Mike Stephenson) and their children Tanner, Caylem and Jada; and daughter Chelsea (Danny) Harrington and their children Clay, Brayden, Chase and Walker. He is also survived by Keri Bugbee and her children Andrew and Terrance; Don (Marg) Blaszkiewicz and Gail (Keith) Johnson. He was predeceased by his parents Ben and Neta and his granddaughter Summer Harrington. A Memorial Service will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #104, Innisfail, Alberta on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. If friends so desire memorial tributes may be made to S.T.A.R.S Air Ambulance.
