Wesley Stewart

Mr. Wesley Moore ‘Wes’ Stewart passed away at the Rosefield Care Centre, Innisfail on Thursday, December 26, 2019 at the age of 82 years. Wes was born on September 3, 1937 in Lamar Texas. He was the first child of Imogene and Grady Stewart, a brother to Scharlene, Bernie, Charles, and Dan, a husband to Margie, a dad to Reneé and Jim, a father-in-law to Phil and Tracy, a Papa to Sarah, Bill, Megan, Emma, Grayson, Owen, Weston, Lillian, Hayden, Beau and Hannah, and Santa; as well as a friend to the wider community. Wes was well known throughout the Spruce View and Innisfail Communities, as someone quick to volunteer his drywall skills (Spruce View Community Hall and the Dickson Diamond Jubilee Arena). Wes volunteered his time to the community, as a volunteer fireman and put much pride in his Elks membership, at both Benalto and Kevisville. Wes passed away at Christmas… a befitting time of year for “Santa”. If desired, Memorial Donations in Wes’s honor may be made directly to the Rosefield Care Centre, 5023 – 42 Street, Innisfail, Alberta, T4G 1A9. Condolences may be sent or viewed at www.heartlandfuneralservices.com.
