Brian Wilson
Brian Wilson of Bakers Narrows passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 after a short battle with cancer. Brian was predeceased by his son Darryl in 2013 and by his sister, Karen Molnar, in 2017. He is survived by his partner, Gail Seigel, daughter Marilyn (Loretta), brother Jack Chrisp (Sue), sister Channa Senyk (Garry), brother-in-law, Steve Molnar, grandchildren Josh, Johneah, Jayla and their mother Darlene, grandchildren Jonathan and Chantal Wilson and many nieces and nephews. Brian is also survived by his special cousins in England, Anne Black and David and Norma Wilson. Brian was born in Lowick, Northumberland, England and came to Canada in his early teens. He worked in the Zinc Plant until his retirement in 1997. Brian loved hunting, fishing, curling and his sled dogs. After his health prevented him from doing these activities, he enjoyed playing bridge, his flower gardens and creating wonderful cross-stitch creations which will be cherished by his family. Brian also spent hundreds of hours building different types of R/C model aircraft which he enjoyed flying. In keeping with Brian’s wishes, cremation has taken place with a private family service at a later date.
