Barbara Jean Cooper (Killoh) Our Mom, BJ, was born April 23rd, 1938 in Flin Flon and passed away Sep 25th, 2015 at the Northern Lights Manor, also in Flin Flon but spent the happiest years of her life at home in Snow Lake. Mom was predeceased by her parents Jock and Katherine (Walker) Killoh and leaves to mourn her daughters, Cathymay, Donnalu & Robilynn; her son in law (more like son) Lee Roberts; beloved grandchildren Donald Archibald, Reggie and Jayla Roberts and many, many friends especially Grace, Marlene and Silvia. BJ served as a devoted Nurse for 33 years and this was where she found her true calling caring for others. Our Mom will be forever missed but even in such grief were are grateful for her legacy. Simply put: be grateful for what you have; be kind to others unfailingly; be an advocate for those in need;; be compassionate to humans and animals alike, try to love unconditionally and do not carry ill will in your heart for it will only hurt you and your ability to love...and you can never love too much. "The Beege" would thank the staff at the manor; for all kindness and care; Dr. MacLeod and Dr. Fahim for compassion and Father Paul for comfort. Mom we thank you, we love you and miss you so much. Wherever you are we know there is light, love and joy...and even more now. A Memorial Service for BJ will follow at a later date.
