Debra Hall THE PAS, Manitoba Obituary

Debra Hall

It was with great sadness that the family of Debra Hall (nee Campbell) announced her sudden passing Monday, March 7, 2011 at her home in The Pas, Manitoba, at the age of 54 years.  Debbie was born Tuesday, August 21, 1956 in Victoria, B.C.  Her family moved to The Pas when she was a baby and she resided in The Pas for most of her life.  Debra was employed by the Norman Regional Health Authority Seniors Team for the past twelve years. Debbie’s greatest joys in life were her grandchildren.   She was most proud of being “Nanny” to Shane, Wyatt and Jillian.  Deb enjoyed music, reading, dancing, movies, having fun, spending time with her family/friends and spoiling her grandkids.  She had a true fondness for animals of any kind, especially cats and dogs.  Debbie loved to make people laugh and she had a knack for making a person forget their troubles, if just for a moment.  Deb’s unique sense of humour, her contagious laugh, her bubbly personality, her generous heart, her care-giving abilities and her amazing spirit for life will be missed by those who knew and loved her. Debra is survived by her son, Jerry (Karen) Hall, Jerry’s dad Shane, her daughter Sandi (Monte) Koshel, her grandsons Shane and Wyatt Hall, her granddaughter Jillian Koshel, her brother Donald (Roberta) Campbell, her sister Wendy (Wade) Hrappstead, her sister in law Jean (Bob) McPhail, her loving nieces and nephews, her dear friend Doug and numerous close relatives and friends.  Debra was predeceased by her parents Chuck and Jean, her brother Lance (Ruth) and many loved ones. In keeping with Debbie’s wishes, a traditional funeral service was not held.  Instead, a celebration of her life will take place Saturday, July 9, 2011 at the Royal Canadian Legion Hall, Branch No. 19 in The Pas, Manitoba, at 3:00 pm.
