Gabriel, treasured son of Amy and VJ, was born Monday, December 2, 2013 at 3:16 pm, weighing 6 lbs 5 ozs, 20.5 inches. Baby brother of Kordell, Craig, Klorissa, Kajdrin, Kelton, Keith, Keyandra and Kenleigh. Gabriel was only with us for a short while but during this time he was loved by everyone who came to see and be with Amy and Gabriel. All the hugs, kisses and I love you’s from family and friends who stopped by to meet Gabriel, left a lifetime of love in our hearts. Sadly Gabriel could not stay and was called home to be with the Creator on Monday, December 2, 2013. Gabriel is deeply loved by his mommy and daddy, big sisters and big brothers and numerous family members and friends, who will one day see Gabriel in heaven and greet baby with hugs and kisses. Gabriel is survived by his parents Amy Ballantyne and VJ Oskenekisses; sisters Klorissa, Keyandra and Kenleigh; brothers Kordell, Craig, Kaydrin, Kelton and Keith; grandparents Harry Ballantyne, Victor Oskenekisses Sr., Josephine Patchinose; aunties Josette (Jimmy) Ducharme, Rachel (Lawrence) Campbell, Monica Oskenekisses, Gaylene (Joseph) Moses, Nicole Oskenekisses, Sasha Prokaski; uncles Denny (Helen) Crain, Waylon (Kate) Ballantyne, Bronson Oskenekisses and Benny Patchinose. Gabriel was predeceased by his great grandmother Mariam Martin; grandmother Marilyn Ballantyne.
