On Sunday, December 14, 2014 at 11:30 am, Harvey Thomas was called home. He passed away at the Health Sciences Centre, Winnipeg, Manitoba, at the age of 46 years. Harvey was a resident of Winnipeg, Manitoba since 2005. Pukatawagan and Jetaite was always considered his home. Harvey was born Saturday, September 21, 1968 in The Pas, Manitoba to Herman and Matilda Nicholas. Harvey enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and enjoyed making his arts and crafts, he always made dream catchers and loved to paint. He loved the company of his friends and family, especially his children and grandchildren. Harvey told stories about Jetaite. While he was in Jetaite, he stayed with uncle and aunty Edward and Isabell Hart. Harvey was traditional in his ways. He liked to listen to drum songs and gospel music. He sang and played the drum. He sometimes spoke of going to a Sundance. Harvey always had a good sense of humor and a heart full of love. He will be sadly missed by everyone.
