Maureen Patricia Lunam was born Saturday, March 16, 1946 in Ottawa, Ontario. Maureen met Duncan in Aylmer, Quebec and they were married in St. Mark's church, Aylmer Quebec on October 17, 1964. Maureen and Duncan began their married life in Ottawa and within a short time moved to Flin Flon in 1966. Karen was born in Ottawa and Jim, Kenn and Jennifer were born in Flin Flon. Maureen cherished being a wife, mother and grandmother and the friendship of many people. Maureen loved and lived her faith which was very important to her. Maureen passed away peacefully, Wednesday, December 17, 2014, at the Flin Flon General Hospital, Flin Flon, Manitoba, with her family by her side at the age of 68 years. Maureen is survived by her children, Karen Ann Lunam of Winnipeg, Kenn and Cherie Lunam and their children Keegan, Aidan and Kale of Regina, Jennifer Lunam and her daughter Ashton Lunam (Reid Nowlin) of Flin Flon; her brother Sean Lynch of Arnprior, Ontario; also special friend Wayne Wallaker. Maureen was predeceased by her son James (Jim) Lunam December 27, 1986 and her husband Duncan Lunam September 16, 2010.
