In loving memory of Philip Castel who was born Saturday, April 26, 1947 in Pukatawagan, Manitoba to proud parents Adam and Domithilda Castel. Philip was a very kind and generous man who enjoyed having coffee with his friends at the Portage Place in Winnipeg. He was a carpenter for 41 years. He worked all over Manitoba and was well known for his work. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Philip passed away peacefully Sunday, February 12, 2012 at the Parkview Place Care Home, Winnipeg, Manitoba at the age of 64 years. Philip is survived by his daughter Carmen Castel and her children Cheryl, Dravyn, Shana, Hayden, Maysie, Quade, Demsey and Dawson; sons Melvin Castel (Wilma Sinclair); son Phillip Castel Jr. (Virginia Castel) and their child Starla; step sons Floyd, Allen and Jackson; step daughter Sheila Ballantyne.
