Rosalie Turner Obituary

Rosalie was born Wednesday, November 23, 1938 in The Pas, Manitoba to Basil and Stella Genaille. Rosalie grew up in The Pas and Cormorant, Manitoba. Rosalie attended school in The Pas, Manitoba. She then resided in Cormorant with her parents. Rosalie did work at the Cormorant Lake Lodge and the Shlachetka’s store. In 1954 she was married to Arthur Turner and together they raised ten children in Cormorant. Rosalie, well known as “Nan”, loved her family. She had a real joy in her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Rosalie loved hunting, fishing and being outdoors. She had a great love for her animals. Some of her hobbies were puzzles, planting flowers, playing on the computer, cards and just being outside sitting around a campfire. Nan loved to listen to her gospel music and jamborees.
