Obituary for Lucie Brun

Lucie Thérèse Brun, 56, wife of Arthur Brun passed away surrounded by her loving family at home in Saint Antoine on Monday, August 30, 2010 following a courageous battle with cancer. Born June 25, 1954 in Notre Dame, she was the daughter of Roger and Hectorine (Cormier) Richard of Saint Antoine. She was employed at Urbain Breau Residence in St. Antoine for the past 21 years and Le Phare in Bouctouche for 3 years. She was a member of the Saint Antoine Golden Age Club. Besides her parents, she will will be greatly missed by her husband of 15 years Arthur, two daughters: Louise Brun (Adam Welling) of Shediac Cape and Monique Saulnier (Paul) of Cap Pelé, son Marc Richard (Lisa) of Notre Dame, three sisters: Rita Richard-Clark (Brian) of Fredericton, Denise Richard (Jacques Arseneault) of Campbellton and Thérèse Richard (Sam Cormier) of Saint Antoine; three brothers: Jean-Claude Richard (Denise) and Rhéal Richard (Lise) both of Saint Antoine and Jacques Richard (Suzanne) of Notre Dame, four grandchildren: Bailey, Emma, Samantha and Johnathan and by many nieces, nephews and friends. She is predeceased by a sister Oliva Richard (1977). Visitation will be held at Saint Antoine de l'Ermite Church Hall, Saint Antoine on Wednesday, September 1, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday, September 2, from 9 a.m. until time of departure. Funeral mass will be held at Saint Antoine de l'Ermite Roman Catholic Church, Saint Antoine on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. In Lucie's memory, donations can be made to the Dr. Georges L.
