It is with profound sadness that the family of the late Esau Daniel Pinksen announces his passing. Esau passed away at the Carmelite House, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Tuesday, December 10th, 2019 at the age of 89 years. Predeceased by his parents - Martin & Maude Pinksen; parents-in-law - Thomas & Irene Gavin; brothers - Stanley Pinksen (Edna), George Pinksen (Myrtle), James Pinksen, Stewart Pinksen (Doris); sisters - Agnes Regular (Manuel), Bessie Sparkes (James); siblings-in-law - Marjorie Rice (Gordon), Blanche Osbourne (Hector), Shirley Gavin, Victor Osbourne and Herbert Gavin. Left with a lifetime of incredible memories is his wife of 67 years, Maude (Gavin) Pinksen; children - Roy Pinksen (Neta), Irene Short (Bronson), Garry Pinksen (Karen), Bonnie Piercey (Clifford), Bruce Pinksen (Trudy), Clifford Pinksen (Karen), Harvey Pinksen (friend - Kelly), Lorne Pinksen (Tammy), Wanda Churchill (David) and Brian Pinksen (Sandi); grandchildren - Corey, Craig, Sherri-Lynn, Debra-Lee, Matthew, Jeremy, Julie, Stephen, Scotty, Shane, Jamie, Cody, Melissa, Justin, Kristie Ann, Jasmine, Nathan, Lori-Ann, Tonia, Danielle and Haley; 29 great grandchildren; sisters-in-law - Maisie Osbourne (Ken), Pearl Osbourne, Mary Gavin and Ethel Pinksen; brother-in-law - Claude Gavin; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Public Visitation will take place from Trinity Pentecostal Church, Highway 410, Baie Verte, NL on Friday, December 13th, 2019 from 1:00-9:00PM. Pastor Jamie Rowsell will conduct the Funeral Service from Trinity Pentecostal Church, Highway 410, Baie Verte, NL on Saturday, December 14th, 2019 at 11:00AM. Interment to follow Bethel Pentecostal Cemetery, Jennings’ Road, Seal Cove, NL.
