It is with great sadness that the family of the late Harvey Sacrey announces his passing. Harvey passed away from the Baie Verte Peninsula Health Care Centre, Baie Verte, NL on Tuesday, September 17th, 2019 at the age of 87 years. Predeceased by his wife - Cora Sacrey (2007); children - Mildred Clarke, Stephen Sacrey and Glenda Sacrey; parents - Dawe & Melina Sacrey; parents-in-law - Charles & Janet Greenham; siblings - Annie Greenham (Reginald), Marie Regular (Maxwell), Mark Sacrey (Nellie) and Steve Sacrey; siblings-in-law - Harold Greenham, Sidney Greenham (Bernice), Mae Regular (Eric), Flossie Greenham, Olive Greenham and Sandy Regular. Left with many fond and loving memories is his children - Gertie Sacrey (William), Boyce Sacrey (Joy), Woodrow Sacrey (Cavell), Marion Budden (Perry), Nola Osbourne (Keyward), Roger Sacrey (Renee), Clayton Sacrey, Tina Wiseman (Roger); granddaughter - Dana Bailey (Andrew); 21 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; son-in-law - Hubert Clarke; daughter-in-law - Lucy Sacrey; siblings-in-law - Guy Greenham (Florence), Audrey Chaulk (Ronald), Eileen Boyd (Malcolm), Marion Osmond (Robert), Margaret Greenham and Doris Regular as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Captains Neil & Dolores Abbott conducted the Funeral Service from The Salvation Army Citadel, Ming's Bight, NL. Interment followed from The Salvation Army Cemetery, Ming's Bight, NL. As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army Cemetery Fund, Ming's Bight, NL.
