Dear Dad, We have loved you dearly, from the day that we were born, On our knees, we’re thankful for this man that God has loaned. You stood just like a mountain, in a sudden violent storm, And withered like a flower when you saw your children torn. Never were you selfish, you always put us first, Right or wrong, you stood beside us, even at our worst. We’re proud to call you father, and always wanted you to know, The memories that you’ve left us are worth more to us than gold. With love, Your Children
