RAYMOND JOSEPH "JOE" BUDGELL 1967 - 2019 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Raymond Joseph “Joe” Budgell announce his passing at the Health Sciences Centre in St. John’s, NL on October 19, 2019 at the age of 52. Joe is predeceased by his grandparents, Mae and Joe Budgell, Julie Sutherland and Ron Ryan, uncles, Rex King, Henry Budgell, Albert Budgell, Harold Budgell, Henry “Moose” Sutherland, aunt, Regina Budgell, and nephews, Brucie Budgell and Jayden Marcelle. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his parents, Linda and Raymond Budgell of Bishop’s Falls, NL, sisters, Beverly O’Connor (Jeff) of Bowmanville, ON, Tammy Champion (Todd) of Bishop’s Falls, NL, and Connie Budgell of Bishop’s Falls, NL, niece, Wendi Budgell of Ontario, nephews, Jesse O’Connor of Ontario, Brady Champion of Bishop’s Falls, NL, and Jeremy Budgell of Bishop’s Falls, NL. Also leaving to mourn are his great-nephews, Jackson and Tyler Foster of Ontario, and Grayson Hoven of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends. Father Moses Nwokocha will conduct the funeral mass at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Bishop’s Falls, NL on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be held at the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery, Bishop’s Falls, NL. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Jim Maidment of Central Funeral Homes.
