Meaney, Betty J. (Tilley) It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and sister-in-law, Betty J. Meaney of Kelligrews age 80 years in the presence of her loving family on February 28, 2015 at the L. A. Miller Centre. Predeceased by husband Joseph, father and mother, Rendall and Evelyn Tilley, brother Raymond. Left with very fond and loving memories, children: Joselyn (David Fagan), Mike Chambers (Denise), Patrick (Joan), Pamela (Wallace Porter), Jeffrey (Angela) and Betty Ann (Glen Roberts). Grandchildren: Chris Fagan (Jackie), Michael Chambers, Jodie Bennett (Michael), Abigail Meaney, Nicholas Meaney, John Haines (friend Hilary Baker), Jessica Haines, Katie Meaney (Steven Gear), Joseph Meaney, Edward Roberts (friend Aimee Mercer), Michael Roberts and Brittany Roberts. Great-grandchildren: Emma, Lucas, Lily, Macie and Kendra. Brother: Ronald (Kay), Sisters: Eleanor (Ed Besso), Olga Dawe, Joan (Herb Rideout), Sandra (Ross Maclennan), Lois (Robin Morgan) and Brenda (Jack Morgan). Good friend Jed Tilley and her home care worker and friend Marina. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Sunday March 1, 2015, 7 – 9 pm, Monday, March 2, 2015, 2 – 4 pm and 7 – 9 pm, Tuesday, March 3, 2015, 10 – 12 pm. Funeral to take place on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 @ 2 pm from All Saints Anglican Church, Foxtrap. Interment to follow at Dunn’s Hill Cemetery, Foxtrap. Flowers gratefully accepted.
