Anthony, Cecil Passed away in the presence of his loving family at the Health Sciences Centre in the CCU, January 7, 2018 of Kelligrews, CBS, AGE 65. Leaving to mourn his wife Norma, son Stephen, daughter Stephanie (Andy) Janes, precious grandson Aiden, and brother Warrick Anthony. At Cecil’s request cremation to take place with no visitation or funeral services.
