CLAIRE PHILOMENA HAYWARD June 28, 2013 – May 2, 2019 Claire Philomena Hayward (Claire Bear), age 5, passed peacefully away on Thursday May 2, 2019, in the loving arms of her Mommy & Daddy and surrounded with love by her big sister Olivia and baby sister Gweneth, her Nanny’s & Poppy’s and her special Auntie’s & Uncle’s. Claire Bear will be forever loved, dearly remembered and her life celebrated by her Mommy & Daddy (Aaron & Kristin), her big sissy Olivia and baby sissy Gweneth, Nanny Lou (Mary Lou White); Nanny E & Poppy Wayne (Edie Sharpe & Wayne Fitzpatrick); Poppy Gerry & Nanny Mars (Gerry Hayward & Marlene Hawco); Aunti Ashley & Uncle Kurtie (Ashley & Kurt Hayward) and her cousins Evelyn & Jacqueline Hayward; Aunti Erin & Uncle Stu (Erin & Stuart Colborne) and her cousins Nathan, Keyara & Sophie Colborne; Aunti Alannah & Uncle Adam Costello, Aunti Alicia & Uncle Richard Coombs, Cousins Summer and Jessie, her great- grandmother Louise Sharpe. Also leaving to mourn Claire Bear are numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends who knew her and her family. Claire is predeceased by her Poppy Bill (Bill White); great- grand-mother Philomena Hayward, great- grand-father Harry Hayward and great-grand-father Robert Sharpe. A special thank you to all the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at the Janeway and Kelligrews Medical Clinic who cared for our precious Claire. We will be forever grateful for your kindness, compassion and dedication you gave Claire and our family. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Saturday from 2 pm – 4 pm & 7 pm – 9 pm. Funeral service from St. Edward’s Church, Kelligrews on Sunday, May 5, 2019 at 2 pm. Donations can be made to the Children’s Wish Foundation, NL Chapter or the Janeway Children’s Hospital Foundation in memory of Claire.
