Bishop, Daisy Cavelle Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Hospital surrounded by her family on Saturday, April 9, 2016 of Long Pond, age 73 yrs. Predeceased by her parents Edward and Winnie Parsons, father and mother-in-law Allan and Flora Bishop, sisters Mildred Mercer and Clara Parsons and grandson Joseph William O’Leary. Leaving to mourn her loving husband Bill, children Sherry Fowler (Dennis), Billy (Lindsay) and Nicole Mercer (Mike), grandchildren Matthew and Justin Ivany, Hayley, Vaughan and Kelly Mercer, Monica and Morgan Bishop, great-grandson Dawson Tilley Ivany, brothers Albert, Stan (Marjorie), Wilfred (Eleanor), Lou (Emeline) and special brother and sister-in-law Warren (Amelia), sisters Jean Burke (Harold), Madge Mercer (Les), Agnes Howard (Keith), Linda Mercer (Stan). Also a large number of nieces, nephews and their families. Special niece Gloria Parsons and special nephews Phillip Adams and Gordon Parsons, sisters-in-law Belinda Young (Reg), Cynthia Bishop, Mary Fowler, Helen Bishop and Eva Bishop, brother-in-law George Bishop (Edna), special friends Pat and Eileen Taylor and David Porter. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Monday from 7 – 9 pm, Tuesday from 2 – 4 pm and 7 – 9 pm, Wednesday from 10 – 12 noon. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at 2 pm from All Saints Anglican Church, Foxtrap. Interment in the Anglican Cemetery, Dunn’s Hill Road, Foxtrap. No flowers by request.
