Baird, David Lawrence George Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home on Saturday, May 23, 2015 of Topsail, age 73 yrs. Leaving to mourn his wife Elizabeth Baird (nee Hedd), brother-in-law Gerald Hedd and wife Carol and family and friends. Visitation in the James J. Hickey J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Tuesday from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 pm. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 10 am from St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, Topsail. Interment in the Anglican Cemetery, Topsail. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made to the CCB Canadian Council for the Blind, The Old Anglican Church, Topsail or St. Patrick’s Mercy Home. The Baird family would like to thank all of the Staff and Nurse’s at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home for their care of David over the past three and a half years.
