Mike Drohan

Drohan, Mike (Pop/ Skipper) Slipped gently and peacefully into eternal rest at the HSC after a short illness on October 29, 2009, of Harricott in his 100th year. Eldest and last surviving child of the late Tommy and Margaret (Peddle) Drohan. Predeceased by his loving wife Maude, 1995, daughters Ellen (Nellie) Reynolds, 2000, and Mary Ann, 1976, also son in law John White, 1971. He leaves with an abundance of cherished memories 5 daughters and 2 sons: Marg Singleton (Allan), Catherine (Gerald Davis, deceased), Tommy (Eleanor), Carrie Luffman (Bob), Marie Bonia (Clem), Billy (Gloria) and Carmel Critch (Tom) together with 25 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great- grandchildren. Also left with fond memories are sons-in-law Ches Reynolds and Robert Dillon, niece Helen (Drohan) Wade, several cousins and numerous friends. Resting at Our Lady of Grace Church, Colinet. Visitation Friday 7-9pm, Saturday 10am-9pm, Sunday 10-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, November 2 at 11 am followed by internment at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Mt. Carmel. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
