Passed peacefully away in the presence of his family at the Health Sciences Complex on Thursday, December 31, 2015 of Chamberlains formerly of Hr. Breton. age 80 years. Predeceased by his parents Richard and Roseanne, brothers Harold and William, sister Lillian, brothers-in-law Leo and Gordon, sister-in-law Elizabeth. Leaving to mourn his wife Gladys (nee Jarvis ) of 55 years, son Greg (Melissa), daughter Rose (Brad), grandchildren Matthew and Ryan Suter, Emma, Alex and Abigail Skinner, brother John (Peggy), sister Mary, brother-in-law Patrick Jarvis (Violet deceased), sisters-in-law Martha Layman (Ed) and Violet Pierce (Eugene deceased). Also nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends. Visitation in the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews on Saturday from 10 – 12, 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 pm. Funeral service to take place on Sunday, January 3, 2016 at 1 pm from St. Thomas of Villanova Church, Manuel’s. Cremation to follow.
